The staff was friendly and very helpful. We loved the amenities, especially the spa. Tip: bring a hat to wear if you plan to hit the outdoor hot tub in ski season. Will be back for sure!

They advertise as a spa/lodge, yet the SPA/hottub/pool close at 6! Whaat? How can you use it if you can't even check in until 4pm? How about if you've been skiing all day? You get back and CAN'T use the hot tub! That's just plain stupid. What good is a spa that's not open when you may be in the hotel!
