Key cards dont work.

The card readers dont work properly. No, we did not have them anywhere near magnets. You would try over and over and it might work after 10+ tries...or never. We went to the front desk MANY times and had new key cards made....still didnt work. We also witnessed SEVERAL other people having the same problem. The air-conditioning really didnt work...our room was hot! All that being said, the room was exceptionally clean!
