Perfect spot!

We walked our paddle board right from the rental to the water in under a minute. You can walk to everything from here :) They had everything we needed in the kitchen etc. Loved the balcony!!

We stayed at three places during our Colorado vacation. Beautiful Dillon Bay was our favorite! The only negative was the steps going up to the second floor. I will be in better shape next time I visit.
