This cottage is over 100 years old but don’t judge the book by its cover. Once you are inside, you’ll see a completely renovated, comfortable living space with plenty of charm and character.
You’ll have the place to yourself and everything on one level and easily accessible for moving impaired guests. You’ll have everything you need for a comfortable stay. A well equipped, full stocked kitchen and all linens provided.

It was clean, and the host took such attention to detail (a box of Kleenex in two rooms, ample dishes, glasses and flatware, a variety of coffee makers (machine, French press, and cone!), and welcoming snacks and drinks. This newly renovated property is well-equipped and nicely decorated for a vacation or get-away of any length of time at Dillon Beach. It is convenient to the beach with great views of the beach and ocean from the front bay windows. The owner is a good communicator and responds quickly to questions and comments.

We love this beach house and its location. My wife and I enjoyed our stay here in Dillon Beach. This house is so comfortable and quiet. The surf was good both days and got some perfect waves. Thanks Fay for everything, its was an awesome trip. My Aussie "Billy had an amazing time as well at the beach playing frisbee and swimming in the break, super cool place to stay!

The perfect place to reset and rekindle

Exactly as described, and more. The view was spectacular, and so soothing, it took our pulse down automatically. We wondered if we should have selected a rental with a deck, but with morning/evening temperature drop (and sometimes fog) we would have remained inside anyway. Without a deck to block the view, it went on forever. Very clean unit, well maintained with all the amenities, extra well stocked kitchen, comfortable clean furniture in the living room to relax on, plenty to do in the area (or just do nothing), and did i mention the view!!! We will definitely be back
