Much needed relaxation!

We have stayed here before and absolutely love both times! We love lounging as a family on the comfy couch. And love working on a puzzle with views at the table. Exploring nearby towns is excellent too..and the beach!

Agua La Vista - Dillon Beach Getaway

Beautiful home with incredible ocean views. The home was furnished in a cool coastal vibe. Very comfortable rooms with vintage tiled bathrooms. Great for a family. Need to bring all your groceries and a full tank of gasoline as Petaluma is about 30 minutes away. The local store was cute, but expensive. We thoroughly enjoyed the jacuzzi and the new deck setup. Definately a plus! The driveway could fit 3 cars but it was narrow. It is an HOA property but we didn't have any issues as described in the welcome manual. The welcome manual was very complete but an overwhelming size for a vacation rental. It would be better as a secondary and something simpler weasy-to-use basic check-in/ checkout procedures and more engaging format.This home did have drawbacks as there were some maintenance issues that I hope the management company/ owners can correct. This property needs a checkup as its a wood structure at the ocean.The limit on towels, bath products, and paper goods was surprising for the pricepoint.Overall,we had a great stay and we would rent this property again. .

Nice weekend getaway

We had a great time in Dillon Beach for a weekend. The house was clean and comfortable, with bowls, gates, and a bed for our dog. We didn't utilize the deck as much as I'd hoped since it is only accessed through the front door and not off the living area, but it was lovely all the same. Only complaint was that it would have been nice to have had some complimentary soaps in the shower and extra towels given the amount we paid for the rental.

Great home and views

Family of four spent a few days at the home. The property is clean and well laid out, the kitchen has everything you need and there are great views to the sea. Dillon Beach is dog friendly and our pup had a great time. We would book this home again.

Wonderful Beach Home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home for 11 nights. We went in the spa once if not twice a day. We enjoyed their view, location, and ocean air. The living room is great for everyone to relax in together. The dining room comfortably fit our family. The beds were large and comfortable. We loved to drive 20ish min. to go to the family run Tomales General Store for their reasonably priced well stocked items (sometimes even getting a gourmet cookie from the checkout area). The farm stand a walking distance away from store had the best blueberries I've ever eaten. We had a drive to get BBQ oysters and visit the lighthouse in Point Reyes. (If you go, later check out the movie The Fog that was filmed there.) We also did a day trip to Napa (Mustards Grill and Del Dotto Winery were AMAZING!). If I were to suggest improvements it would be more frequent spa check ups when families stay a long time, fix the wine refrigerator that's there but not working, fix the deck fire table which starter wouldn't work, improve the entry as there was a pile of construction dirt and not the best stairs to the spa before the deck, the punch code door and door key don't work well together, provide one beach towel for each occupant and two bath towels per occupant per week, and the silverware and glassware could use an upgrade. It's super nice to relax in a house that has everything set and ready to go. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to return.

Great house! Great location!

The house is in a fantastic location. The views are incredible! There seems to be a new beautiful huge patio but sadly the wind ruined it for me as it was far too windy to even sit outside. Still loved it though since I could stay inside and enjoy the view. Loved the fireplace. The house was very clean and well stocked. Only things I personally missed was there was no salt or spatula. The beds were comfy. Great water pressure throughout. An adorable market at the bottom of the hill. Loved it all!

Lovely Dog Friendly Stay

There were 6 of us who stayed here. Well 7 including our dog 🐶. Kitchen was great, well equipped with foil and saran wrap which made it handy. Dog bowls provided. Great view. You do need to drive to the beach as opposed to walk to it. Bring your own coffee. The only downside we found is the bedrooms are downstairs, and the noise from upstairs carries loudly, so if you have people who sleep in, it can be a bit tough.

Sweet get-away

Agua La Vista is a nice home and the listing was true to form. The main complaint and recommendation we would make is about the construction site that is currently in the yard. Although the property management company alerted us to the construction at the house, nobody mentioned just how dangerous the area could be. One misstep and some major injuries could occur. Safety barriers should be installed. We would be happy to share photos of the area in question.

Amazing Views

This is the first VRBO that passed my cleanliness test!!! The views were what they promised. The walk down to Dillon Beach was easy, but I do not recommend walking back up as it is all up hill. We used the parking pass to park in the cul-de-sac which was an easy walk to the beach which made our second trip to the beach a breeze. I would definitely stay herd again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

Excellent stay!

My husband and I brought our 12 and 14 year old plus my 74 year old mother and our 2 small dogs. It was perfect for all of us. Excellent views, quiet neighborhood, house was amazing. My husband forgot his binoculars so was happy to find there was some there to use. We saw deer, quail and rabbits. It was so fun to see grandma and grandkids work on multiple puzzles. We did day outings but also hung out together at the house. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

Ocean Serenity

From the moment we pulled into the driveway to the sad moment we departed this home surpassed all our expectations. We typically stay in at least a couple VRBO`s annually. ALVB was unbelievable. I`ve never experienced a rental property that nailed the mark on every single amenity. From kitchen utensils, pans, dinnerware, spices, can openers, they even had a strainer for our pasta. Fully prepared BBQ grill outback. A maintenance crew member (Jose) happened to be there (we did arrive an hour early). He ensured everything was working and even left a back up bottle of propane. Views are spectacular...beyond belief. The home is perched on top of the hill but close enough so that the sounds of waves crashing the rocks are audible through an open window. Dillon Beach and Lawsons Landing are both minutes away for tons of beach activities. Bring a strong kite! We`re already planning our next stay.
