Nice hotels and lacks basics

Loved the quirky, fun element to this hotel with the decor and option for the cinema. Room was nice but the lack of even a kettle for tea/coffee in the room is something I’ve never witnessed even in the most basic of hotels so this was a real let down for me.

Great stay at MS Dijon. Travelling as a family of 4 and the adjoining room was perfect. So many hotels shove a sofa bed in the corner but this was two separate but connected rooms. Breakfast was great, standard hotel prices. Parking underground was super convenient. Hotel well situated for exploring Old town Dijon.

Great location. Funky style hotel. Staff were friendly at check in. Small often crowded lobby. Room is cute… Don’t care for the masks over the light fixtures. Feel they are unnecessary for the decor. Otherwise the room is nice. Only true problem… the air conditioning, while quiet, doesn’t cool the room down. Had to lay without covers all night the first night. Second night we opened the curtains and slept with the window open. It was a 95 degree day, but the open window was better than the AC.

This was such a fun and unique hotel to stay in! The decor is so clever and entertaining. We loved all the extras like pinball machines and a movie theater. Front desk staff was exceptionally friendly and made us feel instantly welcome. Rooms were clean & mostly comfortable. One problem for me was air conditioning, which was weak even after being adjusted stronger & lower. I also felt the bed was too soft & warm, I didn’t like the topper. It might be more comfortable without it. That said, location was spectacular and close to everything. So I’d definitely stay here again if I’m back in town in the future.
