Had a very hard time finding how to get to front door of property. Our room was not very clean. Light bulb in entry way of our room kept flickering. Kitchen area had not been cleaned very well. Breakfast was pretty underwhelming.

We did not stay at the property. We turned around and found a decent room ar another hotel. Inacurate description - stating it is extended stay hotel, while it is more a student dorm with filthy room and faulty smell.

Pros: Rooms are very spacious. The location is on a university campus with greenery and it was quiet when we were there. Cons: The parking is in a confusing place. Check-in counter is only manned for 1.5 hour. We made it on time but we saw others that arrived late and could not find their way to enter - because the hotel sends you an email on the day of your arrival to inform you how to obtain the keys outside of those hours. Make sure you try to check your emails if you will not arrive between 4-5.30. Funnily, the check-in time is so late but the check-out is comparingly early (10am the latest) so it makes the planning really complex. The WIFI keeps disconnecting and each time you have to re-enter the credentials on the sign-in page. The cleanliness of the property is pretty disappointing.

Nice stopover for a long journey. Parking wasn't very easy, we weren't sure where we were or weren't permitted to park on the University campus. I thought the towels were a bit hard, and it would have been nice to have had some instant coffee, teabags and cartons of milk as we arrived quite late.

Nice rooms and happy with kitchenettes. I wish the rooms would be cleaned more often, I stayed over a week (8 days) and not once my room was cleaned (especially nobody took garbage out or even gave a new garbage bags), I had to ask for towels (otherwise I was given just 1 towel), and by the end I felt that it was really time to change sheets. Otherwise, nice property, spacious, easy location on a university campus.

The place is a student guest house within the campus. It’s fine and good for a stay but nothing fancy. It is a bit hard to find among all other buildings and is not easily accessible due to traffic restrictions within the campus. Parking is available but requires some walk to the place. The receptionist is nice and communicated well with us, the breakfast is a good value for money.

A SUPER HOTEL

Nightmare to find. Car park not ready. Imformed ready end November. Reception very nice, clean and attractive. A nice quiet area. Bearing in mind the very low cost, the room/studio quite took our breath away. Large, attracively furnished, light and bright. One black and one red armchair, looking very smart indeed. two high stools together with a narrow and high table made for very comfortable eating. Large bed with a thck matress and a sufficiently heavy duvet. A large clean bathroom, only thing we could fault is that the shower is not very poweful. Full drap curtains, and nice black electric operated roller blinds. Next year when we hoilday in Spain again, we shall most definately be stopping here over night to and from our destination and hopefully the car park and the entrance will have been finished. Cannot recommend it highly enough.

New, modern and spotlessly clean property on a university campus in Dijon. Complete peace and quiet and the most comfortable hotel bed I’ve slept in for years. A smart choice when traveling through for business and not too far from the center of town if you’ve come with a car for a vacation.

A bit lost when finding the way to the international house located inside an university. The room is specious and comfortable. The only complaint is that, the temperature of the air conditioner is not controlable inside your own room.

OK mais sans plus car trop d'inconvénients

J'avais besoin d'un hébergement avec cuisine pour 3 jours. Je suis tombé dans un T2 pour PMR. Le logement était grand mais très peu équipé donc grand volume sans aucun caractère. A rdc avec des grandes fenêtres fermant mal donc bruyant la nuit. Sans rideau donc visible de l'extérieur dès qu'on ouvrait les volets roulants. A l'intérieur, logement assez sale, obligé de relaver tout ce que j'utilisais dans la cuisine. Peu ou mal équipé, salle de bain très sale avec une douche PMR donc très inconfortable. Du calcaire partout, douchette très entartrée et qui ne tenait pas debout. Une toute minuscule table pour manger, 2 lits mais pas de canapé alors que c'était un T2. TV avec pas mal de chaines qui ne fonctionnait pas. Pas de lave-vaisselle, frigo qui ouvrait dans le mauvais sens. Placard industriel de bureau des années 70. Aucune décoration, très neutre. Seul bon point, la literie était bonne, pas les oreillers par contre. Bref, vraiment pas terrible. Pour le prix, je m'attendais vraiment à mieux. Si vous n'êtes pas regardant, ok, mais si vous avez un minimum d'attentes normales, je déconseille.
