Renovated family house with sea view and terrace in Digosville
On the ground floor (sea view): a spacious, fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, etc.), living/dining room (TV, DVD player, stereo system), shower room with toilet, and bedroom (queen-size bed). On the first floor: a bedroom (double bed), a bedroom (two single beds that can be joined together and a sofa bed), and a bathroom with toilet. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard at the rear and a 65m² terrace at the front, as well as a laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer). Linens (sheets, towels, tea towels, etc.) are included, and beds are made upon arrival. The cottage is connected to fiber optic internet. Baby equipment is available on request (travel cot, stair gate, high chair). Three bicycles are provided. There is also a ping-pong table. Electricity consumption exceeding 8kW/day is charged extra (underfloor heating via heat pump). Cleaning service is optional. The bus stop is 1 km away. This former family farmhouse, renovated in 2020 by the owners, is situated on a hillside and offers breathtaking views from Anse du Moulin to the Fermanville semaphore station.
