On the 1st floor: bedroom (140 cm bed), bedroom (2 twin 80 cm beds and a sofa bed), bathroom with toilet. Outside, an enclosed courtyard at the back and a 65m² terrace at the front, laundry room (washing machine, dryer). Linen (sheets, towels, tea towel, etc.) included and beds made. Wi-Fi: cottage connected to fiber. Baby equipment on request (travel cot, stair gate, high chair). Three bicycles available. Ping-pong table. Electricity beyond 8kw/day is extra (underfloor heating by heat pump). Cleaning service optional. Bus stop 1 km away. This former family farm, renovated in 2020 by the owners, is located on a hillside and offers breathtaking views from Anse du Moulin to the Fermanville signal tower.
