The country house is located in the charming village of Diex, on the southern slope of the Saualpe. With over 2000 hours of sunshine per year, you can enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the valleys in the region. Hiking enthusiasts can look forward to hundreds of kilometers of marked trails - from leisurely walks to panoramic mountain hikes - through forests, blooming meadows, and idyllic villages.

A short distance away sparkles lake Klopeiner See, the warmest swimming lake in Europe, where you can enjoy crystal-clear water and a lively promenade along the shore. A little further lies the idyllic lake Turnersee, a peaceful spot in the midst of nature. For those who enjoy vibrancy and elegance, lake Wörthersee is reachable in about an hour. Here, stylish terraces, a buzzing atmosphere, and charming places like Velden, Pörtschach, and Maria Wörth/Reifnitz await.

In spring, summer, and autumn, the region transforms into a true paradise for cyclists and mountain bikers. Discover an extensive network of trails for every level and experience adventure at the spectacular Bike Park Petzen – an absolute hotspot for action and nature lovers.
