Room was nice and spacious. Would like to see someone at the desk to get supplies. No one ever there- I know they were short staffed.Last night our neighbor was banging on the door at 1 am for 20 min and yelling and noisy for an hour. Not hotels fault but very irritating.
This was a minimalistic experience; no breakfast, no small bottles of shampoo, bars of soap, bath mat, extra blankets, towels or disposable cups! All was fine though except our toilet seat was barely hanging on by one hinge and we never saw a person at the front desk to tell. We actually had to call to round up someone at the front desk when we checked. Other than that, the price and room were good!!
This hotel is very clean and in a great location. First time visiting Dickinson and i would definitely stay there again. The guy working the front desk was so patient when we had a huge softball team checking in. Thanks for a great stay!

Property was in a good location for our purposes. Lots of parking, easy to unload and get luggage to our room. Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Comfortable beds.

The only reason I did not give this stay 5 stars over all was because of a couple of issues during my stay. However, when I brought them to the attention of the front desk they were taken care of right away.
Very friendly but no soap in my room and no breakfast not very clean
Room was dirty. The light didn’t work by door, the ice machine didn’t work. There was ice in front of the building that I slipped and fell on. I hit my knee that I just had replaced.
Rooms were micro as the name implies. Not clean with spills on the wall and floor
We appreciated the unexpected upgrade to a suite; which was very comfortable. While they no longer have breakfast on site, there are several places very close by which worked out well with our travel plans. We would stay here again.

Jane, I am so sorry about the issues you experienced during your stay. I have made significant effort to prevent that situation from repeating itself. All of our guests have a reasonable expectation of quiet in the late hours of the night. As for not being at the desk I am sorry I wasn't there. Some nights I can be extremely busy throughout the hotel taking care of necessary duties. I do carry the cordless phone and am available 24/7 by pressing 0 (zero) on any phone in the building.
