I always choose La Quinta because they are reliably clean, have knowledgeable and courteous staff? I don't always bring my dogs, but I always stay at La Quinta because dogs are welcome. The hotel is a great value!

Wonderful experience. Staff friendly and efficient. Rooms were very nice and also very clean. Good value for the price. Any time we have to travel, we will definitely try to stay with this hotel chain.

It is what it is in Dickinson. Location is too close to the highway and the property seems to be lacking care. Nothing that was bothersome other than the extremely loud bathroom fan that could not be controlled separately from the light. This was reported to management who took a little off the bill. This is not the only property that has bad fans. Just don’t understand why they cannot fix and maintain as it such an obvious thing which, when not working properly can cause disruption to a person’s stay especially sleep.

Comfortable beds and pillows. This is unusual to have both. Clean rooms and good breakfast. Nice dining area for a breakfast. Well maintained facilities. Very helpful and friendly personnel. The registration and check out process were as easy as could be and still successfully gathered the necessary information. Well located and easy access. Importantly, easy to find for a traveler not familiar with the area.

This hotel was perfect for what we need. Let me count the ways: 1. Great location (but it depends on where you are going). Right off of the interstate. We stayed here while visiting Theodore Roosevelt National Park 2. Great staff - friendly, efficient. 3. Large bathroom counter - room to spread my toiletries out. I hate it when there is no room to put my stuff in the bathroom. 4. Clean - I'm not a white glove inspector, but nothing looked dirty to me. 5. Fast internet - email breezes through and even fast enough to stream video, which is not possible for most hotels of this type. 6. Comfy bed - After all, the reason you are paying for a hotel room instead of camping is to get a great night's sleep. The bed is very comfortable 7. Good quality towels - Many hotels of this class skimp on towel quality. Not here. Very comfortable towels 8. Spacious room - Enough room for a couch / reading chair 9. Good sized desk - to get the work done and have enough space to spread out the gadgets 10. Plenty of outlets - for charging all my gadgets 11. Microwave and fridge in room - To heat the leftovers when I'm hungry 12. Small, but good quality exercise room 13. Convenient laundry 14. Breakfast better than most of this class, but not as good as Hampton Inn (they have freshly cooked hot oatmeal and more selection) 15. I saved the best for last -- Very quiet AC!! Most hotels of this class have AC units that roar like a jet engine. This one was so quiet I often wondered if it was on or off. The AC kept the room very comfortable, at times using heat and sometimes using cool, but in both cases, you can't really hear the unit. Very unusual and I was very pleasantly surprised. I've stayed in many hotels of this class and this is one of the best anywhere for this class of hotel. The value is very good.

I had a very comfortable night at the La Quinta. It it four stories, but has an elevator so you don't have to schlep your stuff up the stairs. The room was comfortable, and the bathroom much nicer than an average mid-range hotel. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning worked, and I slept well. It also has easy highway access. I was very happy with my choice of hotel.

This LQ may have upgrades, but seems old. Poor lighting in room. Difficult to regulate temperature in room. Breakfast is very processed foods (white flour, sugar), low quality yogurt. 24/7 coffee is nice. When I asked for hot water at coffee stand, got warm water and was told to "just heat it in the microwave." $4.50 to wash and dry clothes seemed high, but dryer runs a long time. Internet was incredibly slow if we even got connected at all; was told it was due to the smoke in the air from wildfires. Noisy; could hear conversations of people in next room. Hotel location is between an inexpensive chain restaurant, liquor store and bar; right off the freeway. Gas stations, Perkins, park to walk dog, and other amenities nearby.

Very nice place to stay for the night on the way West. Nice staff, great bed,a couple of restaurants within walking distance ,Plus a car wash next door to get rid of all the North Dakota bugs! Definitely recommend!

My family stays at this LaQuinta every time we go to Dickinson as my Dad used to live there. We recently had a mini reunion with my sister and even after a year, the staff all remembered us and gave us hugs. Everyone is helpful and accommodating. We love this place.

The hotel was perfect for our visit to the National Park. The room was nicely decorated and comfortably. We were traveling with our dog and they accommodated our request for first floor near an exit. The laundry room was clean and ready to use.
