This is a great 4 start hotel. Everything was fine. It was clean, staff was friendly, beds and pillows were comfortable. I say 4 star because it is not excessively fancy; just a great regular hotel.

Check in person was not friendly. No smile, no welcome. Got on his cell phone before I even left the desk. Floor in room was dirty. Needed to be vacuumed. Tub faucet was broken. Took some effort to get it going and the right temp. No drain plug in tub or sink.

The pool was freezing. The only words spoken to me upon check in was my room number. I was charged a fee and had to call and ask what it was for. When I went to make coffee in the morning there was a used coffee pod still in coffee pot. The room never got below 72 degrees even though the thermostat was set to 65 trying to cool the room. The carpets and rugs were stained and dirty. There were many trash cans below open ceiling tiles I’m assuming for leaks.

The room was really nice. The bathroom sink was leaking and there was no hand soap in the bathroom to wash your hands . Otherwise it was great.

Our room was clean, comfortable and everything was in good order. The breakfast each morning wasn't fancy, but convenient and good. The staff was always very nice and helpful.

Very nice La Quinta. Good breakfast. Very nice bed and comfortable room. Kahn, hope I spelled that right, was awesome at the desk. So friendly and welcoming.

Better option in Dickinson

Nice clean comfy room. Friendly staff and complimentary breakfast and coffee as expected. Couple of minor room maintenance issues to correct otherwise excellent.
