Recently renovated and beautifully furnished, this townhouse features an open-concept living area with a large dining table seating ten, a bar island with built-in wine and beverage coolers, a cozy fireplace, and a shuffleboard game for endless fun. The well-appointed kitchen is perfect for any home chef.
Offering three bedrooms, including a loft bedroom accessible by ladder, two full bathrooms, and a powder room, this home comfortably accommodates your whole group. Step outside to the large rear deck, complete with a gas grill and a brand new double outdoor shower.
Located just 2.5 blocks from the ocean and a block from the bay, you're within walking distance to all of Dewey's attractions, and just a short bike ride or Jolley Trolley trip to Rehoboth Beach. Spend relaxing days reading under a beach umbrella or exploring the scenic trails at nearby Gordons Pond State Park.
Assigned parking for two vehicles is included. Additional amenities include central AC, washer and dryer, gas fire pit, and Wi-Fi.
Please note the loft bedroom on the third level is accessed by ladder. Linens are not supplied but rental packages are available. This townhouse rents Saturday to Saturday with a 4 p.m. check-in. Two dogs under 30 lbs (no aggressive breeds) are welcome.
