We loved our stay at Rhondas place! The parking spots and two permits were very helpful. It was bad weather that weekend but we still had a great time and it is a great location. We would definitely come back and would love to enjoy the nice outdoor space and proximity to the beach sometime!!

There was 7 in our group, the condo would easily sleep and entertain the max amount. This rental has 3 full bathrooms, which isn't easy to come by in this area. It was clean, up to date and had everything you would need. We just packed our own personal necessities. We liked the open concept kit-liv-din so we could interact. Nice large island and dining room table. The outside covered deck is what also brought us to this rental. Large and plenty of people watching (you're up a level) or just relaxing, something to do during the down times/bad weather. The Jolly Trolley has a stop across and down the street. Very handy! Plenty of restaurants and the beach to walk to. Parking is easy/private, even with traffic you can take the back street to a light. Despite all the activity outside, you would not know it inside. You will sleep well. HVAC worked as it should. Beds and bathrooms all comfortable, clean and well functioning. We did not cook, but seemed like everything would be great.
