Welcome to Rodney Dunes Pier 12 Beach Apartments, located steps from the beach. We offer a newly renovated beautiful 2 BR with queen beds, a living room with queen sleeper sofa, full kitchen, one bath, and a balcony. Enjoy our huge, fenced sandy backyard with tables, lounges, lots of seating and a firepit!

Being able to take an easy stroll to the beach with no roads to cross makes this perfect for families with older guests or small children for lunchtime, nap time, or bathroom breaks.

Park your car and walk to all Dewey Beach has to offer from fine dining to crabs and beer. Enjoy great nightlife, water sports on the bay, and a clean lifeguarded beach

No Reservation is confirmed until the OWNER receives confirmation of payment from VRBO. There are no refunds for cancellation and "cancel for any reason trip insurance" is recommended.

Please don't ask us to discount as we have a policy not to discount in fairness to our return guests and those who reserve early and pay the full rate and associated fees.

Our week runs from Saturday to Saturday (full weeks only) during July and August, but we are flexible the other months we are open. with a three-night minimum. We NEVER rent for just one night.

Our TVs are Firestick and Roku. Please do not download any movies or apps that have a fee unless the fee is charged to your account. If you have Netflix you may sign into your account to watch. Any charges that get billed to us will need to be reimbursed to us. NO EXCEPTIONS. There is always a notice informing you of any charges.

Please note: We are dog friendly only. We do not allow cats due to allergies, no birds, reptiles, snakes, pigs, miniature ponies, or anything else that is not a DOG. Our pet fee is $40.00 per dog per night so if you are bringing a dog or more than one dog you need to let us know at the time of booking. Showing up with a dog without notice will result in doubling the pet fee.

We have one of the largest fenced backyards in Dewey. Dogs must have a Dewey Beach dog tag which may be purchased at the town hall at 105 Rodney Ave.

3. We offer three beautiful air-conditioned super clean ocean apartments. Each apartment offers something unique and different for your particular needs

4. Lounge in the sun in our huge tropical sandy beach backyard to the pleasant sound of our backyard fishpond. We have one of the largest fenced backyards in Dewey Beach with three tables, lots of seating, gas grills, a fire pit, and an ornamental fishpond. Enjoy sitting under the stars
at night with a cocktail or roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Cook on the gas grills, or just
play a game of horseshoes.

5.There are two very nice outdoor showers with hot and cold water. and a dressing area.

6. Seaside Retreat is a 2BR (sleeps six) and has a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a full kitchen with a rattan dining table, two bedrooms (both queen beds), one bath, and a balcony that overlooks our backyard area!! The apartment has a keyless entry so no need to keep up with keys.

7. Save money by being able to eat in your own fully stocked kitchen.

8. We offer DOG-FRIENDLY ONLY accommodations for approved dogs (sorry, no cats due to allergies, no birds, reptiles, snakes, monkeys, miniature ponies, pigs, etc)(pet fee of $40.00 per day/per dog applies)!!! Dewey Beach is pet- friendly for dogs on the beach. During the season pets are welcome on the beach before 9:30 AM and after 5:30 PM. We are the ONLY beach town in Delaware that does allow dogs on the beach in summer. We will provide a copy of our pet rules if you plan on bringing a dog.

9. We have a lifeguard on the beach at the end of our street, and you can rent chairs and umbrellas on the beach by the day or week. Disable beach wheelchairs are available free of charge from our lifeguards.

10. Dewey Beach is a wonderful place to come to with your family or friends. While we pride ourselves on being a FAMILY-oriented rental, we welcome responsible singles

11. We do rent for senior week with signed notarized parental signatures, but we are NOT a party house, hangout, or gathering place

12. Enjoy all the comforts of home with the ocean just a few steps away

13. WE ARE A NON-SMOKING BUILDING!! There is a $700.00 charge for anyone smoking inside. All the rates shown are for up to four people with an additional charge of $60.00 per night per person for up to two additional.

PLEASE NOTE: We do require a signed rental agreement.

This apartment will only sleep six people. OCCUPANCY IS STRICTLY ENFORCED. Sorry, I must post this due to a few reservations that understate how many guests and then just have them show up. I want to be sure everyone is aware of the rules. Having more people than stated could result in you being asked to leave. Over occupancy places us at risk of losing our rental license.

Failure to commence tenancy will result in the loss of any money paid and any balance will be due to the owner.

In the event of power outages, loss of internet, appliances, TV failure, or any offered amenity, there will be no reduction in rent. A technician will be called ASAP.

Also please note that VRBO now charges a service fee on top of our rates which will be added to the total. We have no control over those fees.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM (NO EXCEPTIONS). This extra time is needed to get everything done to ensure your apartment is ready for your stay.

Our beds will again have our beachy comforter sets, pillows, and mattress pads now that COVID-19 is not as severe. You will need to bring your linens and towels since we do not furnish them.

We have uploaded our new rental agreement. Since you are accepting this agreement by reserving, please read it over carefully. Your safety is our main concern and every effort is being made to make your stay as comfortable and worry-free as possible. Linens, pillows, blankets, etc can be provided for a fee if you don't wish to bring them.

We do recommend that "Cancel for any reason trip insurance" be purchased in the event your reservation needs to be canceled. We cannot insure your vacation should you need to cancel.

WHAT TO BRING: Paper products, trash bags (We supply starter rolls of TP, paper towels, and trash bags), bath soap, bath towels, sheets, washcloths & toiletries, Please bring appropriately sized sheet sets. The beds are all queen size including the sleeper sofa.

CLEANING: We take pride in offering a very clean nonsmoking apartment and appreciate your care to make sure it stays that way. We have cleaners come in after each guest leaves to make sure everything is ready for the next guest. You are expected to perform normal cleaning, take out the trash, run the dishwasher, and put the clean dishes away. It is the responsibility of the GUESTS to make sure the apartment is left in the same condition as found. Additional cleaning will be charged additional fees.

WIRELESS INTERNET is provided by an outside company and is free of charge. While this service is provided it is not guaranteed, and we are not responsible should it not be available or for any problems that may occur from its use.

Off-street parking is available for 2 vehicles one behind the other in the spot marked C on the building. No more than two vehicles may park in front of the building. No exceptions. Parking passes are required in the season for any additional vehicles and they MUST park on the street. Passes may be obtained at townhall 105 Rodney Ave

If the week you want is not available check out our 3 BR Sea Horse Hideaway which takes up the entire first floor. This apartment is very large, one of the largest all on one floor in Dewey with NO stairs. There is a living room, full kitchen, dining room, Florida room, three bedrooms, 1 & 1/2 baths, and a deck off the back that opens to our spacious backyard. It is VRBO 314407

Sea View Haven is a beautiful 2BR second-floor nonsmoking apartment located approximately 125 feet from the beach.

Enjoy having an ocean view from the living room, a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need for your cooking needs (except the food) including a small wicker table and chairs and an eat-at breakfast bar, two queen bedrooms, and a bath. This apartment has a keyless entry so no need to keep up with keys.

This is where vacationers go for days filled with lots of sun, nice weather, thrilling water adventures along ocean beaches, and nights filled with partying. Boating, parasailing, wakeboarding, water skiing, windsurfing, and dolphin watching are popular activities. You will find plenty of nightclubs with live music and lots of dancing.

Don’t miss the serene experience of watching sunset views of the bay. Enjoy Monday Movie nights on the beach, and our bonfires on the beach on Wednesday nights weather permitting.
