The second level showcases an open-concept living, dining, and kitchen area, a half bath, and a balcony overlooking the street—perfect for people-watching and enjoying the summer ocean breeze. The third floor includes two additional bedrooms and a full bathroom, offering privacy and space for everyone.
This home has been freshly painted with new flooring throughout, brand-new furniture, and thoughtful upgrades throughout. Additional amenities include off-street parking for two cars, an on-street Dewey Beach parking pass, and a private outdoor shower—a must after a beach day.
This is a pet-friendly beach rental (dogs only) with a $250 non-refundable pet fee per pet. Whether you're planning a relaxing getaway or a fun-filled summer escape, this home is the perfect place to make unforgettable beach memories.
The cost of the linen package for one week's stay is $190.00.
