Step outside to enjoy scenic walking and bike trails, galleries, cafés, restaurants, and shops featuring renowned local produce—right at your doorstep. Or, take a short drive to explore some of Tasmania’s iconic destinations.

Once a vibrant live music venue in the heart of the city, this beautifully transformed warehouse now houses 14 thoughtfully designed apartments. Maintaining its original industrial charm, the building welcomes you from Edward Street into a stunning foyer with high ceilings, exposed timber beams, polished concrete floors, skylights and secure bike storage. These stylish features extend through to Loft Three, where you'll find everything, you need for a comfortable stay.

Enter Loft Three, through the large sliding door into the living area, where you’ll find a comfortable chaise lounge, a TV, and a bench with two stools - perfect for working on a laptop. The cupboard under the stairs is stocked with board games, card games, and dice games for your enjoyment, along with a picnic basket and rug. You'll also find a portable Bluetooth speaker and details to access the Wi-Fi here.

The air conditioner/heat pump keeps the space cosy.

The well-equipped kitchen has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a coffee pod machine, milk frother, microwave, fridge, oven, cooktop, pots, pans, kettle, toaster, sandwich press, cutlery, and dinnerware. We also provide milk and a small selection of cooking essentials.

Head upstairs to the bedroom, featuring high ceilings and beautiful timber beams. Linen bedding and towels are provided, and you’ll find an iron, ironing board, hot water bottle and extra blankets in the cupboard. There's no access to the skylight, but there's a ceiling fan to keep you cool in Summer.

The bathroom includes essentials like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash, and toilet paper, along with a few extras in case you forgot anything!

The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the entrance and neighbouring units.

Loft Three is conveniently located in the town centre, within walking distance of cafes, restaurants, bars, walking trails, galleries, gyms, and a cinema.

Parking is available for $5.00 per day in the multi-storey carpark, less than 300 meters away. Street parking is free from 6 PM to 8:30 AM Monday to Friday, from 2:30 PM onwards on Saturdays, and all day on Sundays. Otherwise, regular charges apply.
