This condo is centrally located with easy access to all major highways and 2 minutes away from Lawrence Tech University. Neighboring communities include Royal Oak, Birmingham, Berkley, Farmington Hills and downtown Detroit. All of the professional teams' venues, entertainment, the riverfront, casinos, restaurants, shopping, and the "great lakes" are just 35 minutes away. Absolutely no smoking allowed and no pets. Guests must reside 50 miles outside of the City of Southfield. No exceptions.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and a patio, and there's space to spread out with a separate bedroom. The condo also includes an ironing board.
