This apartment does not live up to its description as “charming”. I would designate it as adequate but barely so. The positive aspects are limited to comfortable beds, efficient heating system, plenty of hot water and a good supply of pans and cooking utensils. However, I must list the deficiencies for the sake of future travelers:Venetian blinds on nearly all windows, but no way of adjusting most of them. Some have broken slats.The apartment sleeps 4, but only has silverware for 2. Also only 2 mugs.Kitchen cabinets: one door is missing, several do not close and many handles are broken.Washer and dryer in basement requiring guest to access from outside, yet there is no laundry basket.Very small motel-type coffee maker inadequate for 2-4 people.No light in refrigerator. I had to replace the lightbulb myself.No “starter materials” such as salt/pepper, dishwashing liquid, coffee.No stopper for kitchen sink. No dish towels so I had to buy two.Lots of salt, but no pepper.No bath mat. I found a mat in the basement, washed it and brought it into the apartment.No heat coming out of the vent in one bedroom. I eventually found two spa heaters in the back of a closet. It would have been better if the owner had mentioned them.There is a keypad entry which doesn’t work. The owner had to leave me a key under the doormat. This was okay when there was only one person staying in the apartment but when there were two of us it was inconvenient.
