The thermostat is automatic per a measuring meter within the home: it measures loud sounds, smoke &🌡 to assist us as a homeowner when the residence is VACANT. The HVAC will be preserved & automatically cool the house on LA 🔥 🥵 day's. AVOID pipes freezing on LA friget 🥶 day's. If any further instructions are needed please ask to AVOID any misunderstandings.
