Hotels on the Lake in Saint Mary

"The stay was excellent after I arrived. The issues came beforehand. My flight was canceled the day I meant to arrive, and apparently there is a policy which cancels reservations if you show up late and do not give notice. When attempting to notify the resort, i was completely unable to reach anybody who could help, even after trying multiple phone numbers and email addresses. Responses ranged from "we can't help you, try this number" and giving me the same number I had just called to simply not picking up the phone. Emails myself and Expedia sent went completely unacknowledged, and this whole experience was incredibly stressful and significantly impacted my experience."

"Staff was awesome. Rooms were cleaned daily. Pleasantness of staff made the vacation outstanding. My husband and i have not been tk JA in 8 years. This experience is now going to be a yearly trip for us."
