"First room they gave me smelled like cigarrete. I was traveling for more than 15 hours so I didn’t realized till taking a shower and having dinner with my wife. After that when we came back we realized and tell the receptionist, she was angry because we let them know until that time, she only asked why we did not come with this earlier. I explained but she only cared about the time and not that the room smelled like cigarrete and we were arguing at 11:00pm. A young boy stepped in and tell me, sir I am really sorry, let me check if there is a room for you. He took care of the situation and the next room was perfect. Thanks to that guy my review is positive! Handling trouble makes the difference!"
