Hotels with Balconies in New Forest District

"We have been to a fair number of Luxury hotels across England and have to say this is the best we have been to. The best parts about the Hotel are the location, the overall decoration and style of the property, quality of the food and drinks and the greatest of all is the customer facing staff. The reception team, front of house for the restaurant and bar staff were absolutely superb and truly went out of their way in many occasions to be proactive, warm, professional and deeply considerate especially the reception and bar staff. They are one of the best parts of the hotel and are the part we would miss the most. They always went over and beyond to try and make us feel valued and special. We will definitely come again. While the overall experience was nothing short of superb, there were some things which were good but could have been better.One was the room service. Or room was comfortable and generally clean but there were minor details that felt more like there was a general to-do list when cleaning, meaning some areas like behind the bathroom door or a dirty glass still being left out after room service. Just very minor things. Last of all, the breakfast was brilliant but always felt there were far more guests than there was staff to serve adequately, meaning a bit of waiting to be sat down and to be served. Good overall and just an area to make it even better. Amazing venue overall and true luxury. "

"Beautiful hotel in amazing settings. Our first stay here and we visit the New Forest every year. We won’t be staying anywhere else in the future. Lovely atmosphere, excellent food and wine, lovely gardens and the service was outstanding. Plus ev charger so we left with a full charge for the next leg of our journey!"

"The hotel and the grounds were stunning. Every single member of staff (I talk to everyone) was wonderful; so helpful and friendly. The outdoor heated pool was delightful. No air con or fan in the room wasn’t great but the windows did open wide so that helped, although we were on the ground floor and by the road so cars going past was a bit noisy. Noise from the rooms upstairs was a lot. But, overall, our stay was really lovely and I’d definitely stay again. "
