They also arranged scooters for us to explore the island, had paddle boards and kayaks available, and even took us on a guided trip to local villages so we could experience the heart of the island and its kind, welcoming people. The infinity pool was perfectly situated with ocean views and easy access from every room. Our stay at The Secret Garden was filled with moments of joy, connection, and beauty. It was more than just a vacation—it was an experience that touched our hearts. Leaving was the hardest part."

"I would like to compliment Mr. Virak, who has made my stay at Novotel Sihanoukville extremely pleasant. Mr. Virak always anticipates my needs, puts himself in my shoes, and goes the extra mile to make sure I am comfortable. His service is beyond thoughtful and truly exceptional. On Day 1, when I needed a quiet spot for a meeting, he patiently followed me from the restaurant to the lounge and finally to the lobby—just to help me find the perfect quiet corner. He even brought me an extra table for my laptop, turned down the music, and checked in on me every hour to ensure everything was okay. Later that evening at the beach bar, while I was working again, he noticed I hadn’t plugged in my charger. He quietly brought me an extension cord and asked if I needed to charge my laptop. That level of attention is rare. As a trainer, I’m honestly very impressed by Mr. Virak’s dedication and attentiveness—so much so that I will be using his service as an example in my future customer service classes.
