"I loved this resort. All the staff I encountered were very nice, helpful and professional. I appreciated that most spoke both English and Spanish so that my daughter was also included in conversations. A few days into my trip I decided to join the prestige club and am so glad I did, as the treatment and experience was even better. Spa was awesome, although I felt a little rushed with time. Make appointments in advance as it gets busy fast. In terms of changing anything in the hotel itself it would be probably upgrading the buildings a bit but I believe that is already being planned. The orchid garden needs more orchids!! I liked the specialty restaurants except Sakura as the show was a bit over done although food was delicious. I suggest toning it down a bit for some families. Other than the items mentioned I loved it and would definitely return in the future. I recommend it!"
