"Moderate Double Room on 8th floor.
Reasonable size for a couple.
Bed against the wall which was a little inconvenient.
Small (too shallow) safe in drawer.
Nice bathroom.
8th floor room at rear had a view of the wooded hill and a glimpse of a few castle buildings.
Annex entirely non-smoking except for a smoking room on the 2nd floor.
Excellent WiFi speed.
Clean.
2 washer dryers: wash and dry 3kg load in 2 hours Y600.
Staff were very helpful with a little English language skill.
Great location on tram line, a short ride to Dogo Onsen, just at the north end of “downtown” Matsuyama, and just south of the castle (walking distance.)"
