The night-shift receptionist over several evenings was especially helpful—assisting with Taobao deliveries, reservation requests, and even providing a clear tutorial on using Meituan delivery. The room is functional and comfortable, though the bathroom design could be improved with a blind to better separate the toilet and bathing area, as it is currently visible from the room. A minor design issue overall, and I would still return for another stay."
