"The staff was so friendly and helpful. They made me feel like family. Ishmail was the best, he helped me throughout the week for coordination of tourist destinations. He was so friendly, he even gave us some local Brunei food treats to take with us. He coordinated a water village tour with Sheffy and Soprie that was really fun. Ismail made us feel special. Also Amalina at the front desk was superb! Raymeen, Shidah, and Fatin at the front desk were excellent too. Ziman, the concierge was really helpful. Ari the housekeeper did a great job cleaning our room. Muiz at breakfast was very nice. I also enjoyed speaking Maui, who represents the Canada High Commission. We had a great experience!"
