Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building, specifically on the North/city side of the buildings. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including work outside of North facing windows, and restricted access to parking spaces both on the lobby level and in the garage. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies and all other amenities. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. Just steps from both the first guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guest bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen TV, and a private bathroom with a tiled walk-in shower.
