Beautiful and freshly updated! This two bedroom, two bath unit has a revised floor plan that creates additional space in the kitchen and living area. With a king size bed in the master, two full size beds in the guest room, and a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room, there is plenty of room to sleep 6. Sparkling white, quartz countertops and new appliances make cooking a pleasure in the well-equipped kitchen. The large master bedroom has a private bath and sliding glass doors leading out to the open balcony. Relax with fun, beachy décor and original artwork carefully curated to reflect the views of palm trees, boats and sunsets seen from the balcony. The long dining table is by the window for your viewing pleasure and is large enough to enjoy big family dinners and game playing. When not enjoying the beautifully expanded beach that is only steps away, the living room hosts a 40" HD/LCD TV and each of the bedrooms are equipped with a 32" HD/LCD TV. Each TV is connected to a Blu-ray DVD player. During the summer months and on special holidays, the balcony of this unit will be your front row seat to the spectacular Destin Harbor fireworks. Please come enjoy the comforts of this charming, palm-tree inspired condo!
