Stunning 2BR Lakeview Condo, Steps from the Beach

Terrace building is located at Pelican Beach Resort, 5 mins walk to the beach, no road crossing. Terrace guests enjoy the beach and free resort amenities of Pelican Beach Resort including 4 outdoor pools -an swim out indoor heated pool, outdoor pool, heated zero entry outdoor pool, kiddie pool, 2 hot-tubs, tennis courts, fitness center, grill area, seasonal cafe and tiki bar. Your Terrace building itself has a pool, hot tub, fitness center, grill area, free Wi-Fi and free parking.

Condo offers 1,072 sf. ft. of interior space plus a 173 sq. ft. balcony with 1 king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twin beds in the 2nd bedroom and a sofa bed that can accommodate 2 in the living room. Master bathroom is ensuite to the bedroom and guest bathroom is in the hallway. Washer and dryer are in the unit. We provide pack & play in our units (no mattress or linens provided)

We provide start up supplies of toilet paper, hotel sized soap and shampoo, a few dishwasher tablets and laundry tablet. Beach towels are NOT included.

All Smart TVs have Cox cable. High speed Wifi in the unit and property grounds.

2 beach chairs, umbrellas and cooler are provided for your pleasure. NOTE: Private sets can only be placed behind rental rows.

Kitchen has all the dishes and kitchenware, refrigerator with ice-maker, microwave, electric oven and stove, dishwasher, coffee maker (k-cup and drip) and toaster.

Door code and detailed arrival information will be emailed and texted 7 days before check-in.

HOUSERULES
- 1 parent/adult guardian over 25 years of age is required for every 3 unmarried guests under 25 years of age to check-in.
- Tents and canopies are NOT allowed on the beach, just umbrellas. Private set ups are only allowed behind the rows of rental umbrellas.
- No smoking anywhere in the building, unit or on the balcony (except designated area on the ground floor).
- Pets are not allowed. We all love our furry friends, but unfortunately HOA does not allow any pets in the resort premises.
- Rates are quoted for entered occupancy and extra person fees may apply if occupancy is increased after booking. Visitors are not allowed to the resort.
- We do not provide beach towel and do not allow any towels, sheets, bedspreads to be removed from our condo.
- Guest will be required to e-sign our rental contract upon booking. There shall not be any terms which are not included in our listing and policies here.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony, and there's space to spread out with 2 bedrooms. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

This condo was amazing! So pretty, clean, stocked. Host was great. Stayed in contact to make sure all was well. We loved it there and would highly recommend staying there. Facilities were awesome, pools all beautiful and easy to get to. Lake was so pretty, and of course, the ocean was gorgeous. Fantastic place to stay!

From my point of view

the condo could use some upgrades. Overall, the biggest problem was that it wasn't clean. Dishes were put away but some were dirty, floors were dirty, bedsheets had hairs on them, bathroom mirrors weren't cleaned.

Perfect for families on spring break!

Our family had a great stay during our 7 y.o. son's spring break. It was nice to have such close access to the beach while maintaining privacy from the hotel crowds and noise from construction on nearby buildings. The unit comes well-equipped for fun on the sand and the property is very convenient to shops and restaurants. The hosts could not have been nicer or more accommodating. Extremely responsive any time we had a question. Highly recommend this listing!

Month Long Stay

We stayed for a month to get out of the northern cold. The condo was as advertised. Well stocked with whatever you need. Great location. Easy walk to the beach, near shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet building. We've stayed in the Terrace before and will probably stay again.

Great Place!

This was a great location to be at. Not right on the beach, but less than a 5 minute walk. You have access to multiple pools and the beach. It was very clean and we loved our gift basket of goodies that was left!

This is our second time staying at the resort. This condo was perfect for our family. It's modern and clean. The pool is one of the quieter ones which is nice. Cannot wait to stay here again.
