4 spacious bedrooms - each with own spacious bathroom. Magnificent view of the harbor and ocean. Plenty of dining, shopping, beach and water activities at your doorstep. Emerald Grande concierge service is amazing. Property owners were very responsive and helpful.

Great Vacation!

Our 4 bedroom suite was fantastic. It has everything you need. The location couldn't be better with anything you would want to do. Many restaurants within walking distance. Pool at the Emerald Grande is enjoyable and the free beach shuttle with chairs and umbrellas already set up so you don't have to lift a finger!

Family Fun

This was a great trip with our grandchildren. Some who had never seen the Gulf or Ocean and some who have never flown. Building great memories. The facility worked perfectly for our crew as we needed all the bedrooms and balconies so there was space when we needed our own space. Nice to have activities on site; restaurants, fireworks, parade, spa etc. Thanks.

Worst stay we've ever had and we travel very often.Check in process was fine. Parking was limited but okay. View was great. And that was all that was good. Our AC wasnt working upon arrival. Host took a while to respond. It took 2-3 messages to get a reply and she would NEVER answer the phone. Didn't get fixed til over a full 24 hrs being there and stressed me out the entire first day of our trip becuse I was worried we'd have to find somewhere else to stay or drive 5 hours home. After it was "fixed ", it broke AGAIN. Host acted like this was just something that happened but I was told by numerous staff this was a known issue and the guests who were there the week prior were LIVID over this same issue. And that the cleaning crew reported this prior to our arrival. There was a cooler in the unit to catch the water. But once it fills, the safety switch turns the whole unit off. Im not an AC person, so not exactly sure but thats the info I gathered. The beds are so soft, you sink down and trying to roll over becomes a chore. There's sugar ants in the dresser drawers. And none of the remotes work! Even if they did , the wifi kept losing connection so you couldn't watch TV anyway. And if you want to open the sliding door to balcony, you have to move the chair. If you want to close the blinds, you have to move both chairs and the couch. Weird furniture placement. I was super let down and do not recommend staying here! Wish this would let me leave a longer review!

We stayed at The Luxe Lookout at Emerald Grande. We enjoy Destin, the HarborWalk Village, and the people, but this specific booking was a big disappointment.We booked based on the listing: “THE LUXE LOOKOUT 4BR SLEEPS 10 WRAP AROUND BALCONY POOL.” The balcony was a major reason for choosing it. Before booking, I even asked if we could watch fireworks from the balcony, as that was important for the kids.During our stay, maintenance workers accessed the balcony from scaffolding without notice, did not communicate, and then screwed the doors shut and zip-tied them closed. The balcony was unusable for the entire stay. After calling the front desk, I was told this work had been scheduled in advance and we should have been informed. The property manager also acknowledged the lack of communication, stating they were unaware of the ongoing maintenance.Maintenance also impacted other amenities. Roughly half of the entire pool deck was fenced off and closed, including the hot tub area, which limited seating and made the space crowded.With the balcony sealed, we couldn’t even open a door or window for fresh air. The space felt cramped, especially with 2 families sharing a unit that sleeps 10, and it limited how we used the condo, forcing us to eat out more and adding greater cost.A cleaning fee refund was offered, but the unit was not usable as advertised. Given the cost and overall experience, this would make booking with Rockstar Retreats difficult in the future.

Excellent Vacation!!

I cannot begin to put into words the fabulous vacation my family had in Destin, Florida. The Emerald Grand resort is a beautiful resort and centrally located to everything you and your family would want to do in Destin, Florida. All of the great restaurants are within a five minute drive and some are within walking distance. All the water activities you could possibly want to do just outside the resort. The condo itself was perfect for what we needed. Extremely roomy and enough space for everybody to have time alone if needed. The four bedroom four bath layout was perfect. The check-in and checkout process was very smooth, no issues at all. Rockstar Retreats was also great to work with. Communication with them was top-notch from the day that I booked to the day that we left the resort. Extremely quick response to all of my questions or concerns. Dustin was excellent to work with. I will definitely book all of my Destin vacations through Rockstar Retreats. I could not have asked for a better overall experience. Thank you, Dustin for all you did for me and my family during this fabulous Destin vacation.
