The whole building was being worked on, and parts of it were filthy and smelled pretty bad. The elevators made terrible noises that could be heard from my room and woke my son and I up through the night and early mornings. As soon as you doze off, a terrible screeching noise jolts you awake! I also had what sounded like construction just above my room with drills and bolts dropping on the floor loudly. The front desk staff didn’t seem to care and seemed annoyed at my presence when I told them. I emailed the company Real joy vacations and they didn’t seem too concerned. I got a “sorry but there’s nothing we can do” response. My room itself was nice though.
