The Space:

Located on the shores of the Emerald Coast, SunDestin Beach Resort sits right in the heart of Destin and is close to many attractions. There’s many on-site amenities including an outdoor pool, outdoor tub, a fitness center, a restaurant, meeting space, The Sea Store, and more. Seasonal amenities include an outdoor tiki bar, and beach chair and umbrella rentals. Plus, the Scenic Stays team is always available at the 24 hour front desk.



SunDestin 1805 is a top-floor one-bedroom, one and half bath condo. Upon entry, you’ll pass the large master bedroom with a king bed and one and half bathrooms. Every space in the condo is updated and brings the colors of the Gulf of Mexico indoors. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to make meals and is upgraded with stainless appliances and granite counters. There’s seating for three at the breakfast bar and a high top table with seating for two. The living room seating takes advantage of the gorgeous outdoor views and a wall-mounted flat screen TV. Get a DVD in the lobby to enjoy after a day exploring the Destin area- they’re included in your stay. Through the sliding glass door is the balcony with seating  to enjoy sunsets and the breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. There’s a queen size sofa bed in the living room, so the condo sleeps four guests comfortably. As an added bonus, the condo has a stackable washer and dryer, an amenity that’s not found in many SunDestin condos. This coastal one-bedroom rental will easily become your home away from home.



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.



Less than five miles from SunDestin Beach Resort you'll find multiple golf courses, restaurants, and attractions. Spend a day off the sand at HarborWalk Village or Destin Commons- they’re both four miles from the resort. Please note: As part of an exciting resort enhancement project, some amenities at SunDestin Beach Resort are currently under construction, including the restaurant, and outdoor pool.



During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
