Spend lazy afternoons on shell-strewn beaches or lounge by the newly-renovated outdoor pool. Soothe sore muscles in our outdoor hot tub, sauna, or steam room, and enjoy seasonal amenities, including beach chair/umbrella rentals (fee), an outdoor tiki bar. Peruse the lobby gift shop for collectibles, beach supplies, and keepsakes and get in some exercise at the fitness center. Select from an array of complimentary DVD rentals to enjoy whenever convenient. Hold memorable workshops or plan your next family reunion in the more than 3,000 s.f. of available meeting space. Our warm and friendly Scenic Stays team will be available throughout your stay via our 24-hour on-site front desk should any questions arise.



SunDestin Unit 0314 is a spacious, homey one bedroom, one and one half bathroom condo accommodating up to six. Unwind in this relaxing open-concept living/dining space that effortlessly brings the outdoors in! You’ll love preparing snacks and meals in the fully-appointed kitchen complete with everything needed for creating fabulous meals and entertaining. The living room is perfect for watching a movie on the flat-screen TV or snuggling on the queen-sized sleeper sofa when the day is done. Rest peacefully in the master suite which houses two double beds, a flat-screen TV, en suite bathroom, and private balcony access.



For those who want to do more than just lay in the sun, Destin is packed with fun activities the whole family will enjoy. Spend an afternoon at  Big Kahuna’s Water and Adventure Park or the Track family recreation center, both just five minutes away. Water slides, miniature golf courses, bumper boats, and go-kart tracks are just the beginning of a fun-filled day!



Guests under 22 must be accompanied by an adult chaperone throughout their stay. Pets are unfortunately not welcome and are subject to immediate departure if found to be inhabiting a property. Smoking is strictly forbidden.



Please note that La Dolce Vita is the beach service vendor for this property. While beach service rentals are not included in your stay, you can easily contact them directly for all your rental needs.

During this time, guests may continue to enjoy beach access via the ADA-accessible pathway located around the side of the building. We are thoughtfully welcoming reservations now and throughout the spring while setting clear expectations in advance to ensure a comfortable, positive stay during this improvement phase.
