Welcome to Serendipity, a fully updated, modern condo in Destin.

This 2nd floor (no elevator), one bedroom, one bath condo is located within Indian Lake, a mostly residential complex. This makes it easy to come and go, as parking is located nearby the entrance.

You will be within a 5 minute drive to the beach, shopping & restaurants. The complex has a swimming pool and fitness center.

Dog friendly (2 dogs max). No pet fee. Near the dog park.

At least one registered adult must be 21+.

We had a great visit! We enjoyed having the pool so close to our condo. Walmart and DoorDash were convenient. We were close to all the places to eat, etc. The only drawback was the limited space at the public beach. The condos on each side had almost NO ONE at the beach. We were roped off with hundreds of men, women, and children fighting for a little space. It would be nice if they would open up more beach area. The condo was wonderful!! We will definitely try to come back! Thanks for the hospitality!

Destin vacation!

Everything was great! The host helped us quickly with any problem we had! The condo was close to everything and was also close to a nice dog park which our dogs loved very much! Will definitely be back again!
