In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront poolsand much more. East 704’s perfect for any family, and don’t forget you’ve got a front row seat to a panoramic sunrise every morning and sunset every evening!
Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including the closure of certain common areas, restricted access to balconies, and balcony furniture being brought indoors. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. As of April 15th, the Gulf facing balcony work has been completed for this vacation home, and will no longer impact Guest use. If you have any questions, please give us a call.

Silver Beach Towers provides beach service set-ups (2 chairs, 1 umbrella) for a fee through a third party from March 1 - October 31. Set-ups can be reserved at $65 per day. Beach service reservations can be made once your Compass Resorts reservation is confirmed, and detailed instructions will be sent to you.

The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a king bed, a flat-screen HD-TV with a DVD player, and private access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. The second guest bedroom has two twin beds, a flat-screen HD-TV with a DVD player, and access to the north balcony. Just steps from both the second guest bedroom and living area is a full guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination.
