We had a fantastic stay at this condo! It was beautiful, clean, spacious and safe for my two young kids 2 years and 6 months! Right on the water and allowed for easy back and forth to the pool or beach when the kids were tired, naps or for lunch. We had 5 adults and 2 kids and there was plenty of room for another couple we didn’t use one of the bedrooms!

Beautiful

We had a great stay! View and condo are beautiful. The owner communicated with us very well prior to the trip, so check-in and checkout were a breeze. The only note, there are no extra blankets/throws/etc in the condo. So, if you are cold-natured or like to sleep with extra blankets, bring some with you Everything else was great!

Hands down the best!

From the professionalism of Michael and the property manager to the cleanliness of the condo. We all agreed we would rebook again. Even the pools and hot tub was spotless. The location was perfect to the waterpark, shopping and a few restaurants. We love when we can park and walk to most places while on vacation. Can’t wait to book again!

Great condo

Condo worked perfectly for our family. Owner kept us very informed through the whole process. Comfortable bed and everything we needed. We did go buy a couple of blankets as we could not find any extra blankets and the weather was a little cool.

Beautiful property

This property is beautiful and easy to get to the beach each day. We especially loved the balcony view of the ocean and sufficient seating for everyone. The kitchen is well appointed with all that you need to cook a meal or just fix breakfast and lunch. I highly recommend this property for a larger group to spread out and enjoy the ocean!

Book it, it’s perfect!!

Let me just say all the excellent reviews about this immaculate condo are accurate and trustworthy so I won’t repeat them. Easily the nicest place we’ve ever stayed in, and we have been vacationing in the area for 30 years. Believe me, if anyone can find a fault with a property it’s me! You will not be sorry you booked this awesome condo.

Vacation Saved

We had a last-minute cancellation on another condo we had rented months before. The owners of this condo were great and made last minute accommodations for me and my family. Condo was beautiful and very spacious...right next to the beach! Amenities were great and communication with owner was wonderful. I highly recommend this property and we will for sure be return guests!

Lovely property

Great stay, great kitchen, very roomy condo with all the bells and whistles. The kitchen had any utensil/appliance you could need. The dishwasher, dryer could use an upgrade. The w/d was noisy and didn’t clean very well as well as the dishwasher. The towels felt like exfoliating towels … which I guess could be a good thing. There were only a few towels in the condo which meant you were washing almost daily. The back bedrooms are hot when trying to sleep at night. They did have box fans in there but really just circulated the hot air. And lastly, the room charge was reasonable but by the time all fees were added it almost doubled. So after adding all the fees, which one was for cleaning, you were expected to clean the place before you left. Overall it was a great condo, elevators were fast, we had underground parking which was very convenient, very quiet in the hallway. The double umbrellas and chairs were a bonus! The owner was quick to respond if you had a question.

Wonderful family vacation!

Our two families of 10 had an AMAZING stay at SBT1206W! Mike made the entire process so easy with plenty of details and step by step instructions from the moment I booked until the moment we checked out. The condo was absolutely STUNNING and extremely clean!! Plenty of space for our group of 10 including closet and drawer space to unpack for the week. Coming and going to and from the condo was quick and easy and did not have to wait longer than 1 minute for the elevator which is not always the case at other condo locations we have stayed at in the past. There is a liquor store right across the street from the condo which was super convenient, along with go-karts, putt-putt, kid rides that were an easy walk to one evening and SUPER fun! The pools were a lot bigger than I had anticipated and never felt overly crowded especially for it being prime spring break week. I highly suggest to register for your beach chair locations the moment Mike sends the info to do so. We were lucky to have front row seats every day due to registering right away; which was a HUGE plus to be able to watch our 6 kids going in and out of the water. If you are considering booking this condo, stop contemplating and do it!! You will not be disappointed!! Thank you, Mike for an unforgettable family vacation! We can’t wait to come back!

Would recommend housekeepers looking under furniture for items that are left.

Wonderful week in Destin. Accommodations we great. Location is convenient to anything you want to do! Beach chair set up were a nice plus. Beds are comfortable. Only suggestion would be to move the queen beds to the middle bedroom. Since our grandkids were in there, they would prefer the tub and not the shower in the current queen bed room! Highly recommend!

Perfect property!

-We stayed in this property a couple of weeks back, and could not have been more pleased! The condo was clean and the floorplan was particularly good for us, as the master is separate from the other three bedrooms. - The grounds at this complex are immaculate, well-maintained and beautiful. -Although we were there at one of the busiest weeks in June, we rarely ran into other folks in the elevator. And I can’t remember a single time we waited more than 60 seconds for an elevator. That speaks to the organized way the building is set up. Condos that end in 04-06 have two elevators just for them. -I need to take a few words to indicate how pleasant it was to communicate with the owner, Mike. It was easy to text or call him. I had made a boo-boo at the beginning of my reservation, and rather than wait for an email, he called right away. As we were out of the country at the time it saved us a lot of stress. -The manner in which the beach chair reservations are handled makes it so much easier than in years past (other places we’ve rented). There is NO getting down there at 7 AM to be sure that you get your chairs. The condo came with two sets, and we added an additional one, which was all arranged before we arrived. -The master bed was very comfortable, and our other family reported the same about the other beds. -We cooked every evening, and found the kitchen well-supplied. -Also, because Destin is extremely busy, as you probably know, this complex comes out at a stoplight. So if you need to turn left, no problem! My husband and I walked early in the mornings so if you’re walkers, go across the road and walk toward the airport…quieter than the main road. -The extensive view is beautiful from the condo, and you can see both pools from the balcony as well. -This is an easy 5-star rating to share!

Fantastic !

Our trip to Destin was very last minute and we were very blessed to find this unit absolutely beautiful and mike the owner was fantastic to work with !!! We will definitely be coming back !!
