"REMODELED WITH NEW OWNERS" Shoreline Towers Unit 2114 is a two bedroom/two bath condo just footsteps away from white sandy beaches and emerald green waters in Destin, FL. Owner offers a FREE BEACH SET UP THE 2025 Season. Enjoy the spectacular views from your balcony while enjoying a cup of coffee. You can listen to the waves as you fall asleep in your king size bed and the guest bedroom has two comfy queen beds. The master bath has a walk-in shower for easy access with a seat for total relaxation. Both bathrooms have been totally updated. Living room has a 70" Smart TV for enjoying your favorite game or show and both bedrooms have 65" TV's. There is also an electric fireplace in the living room to add ambience to your stay. Owner provides free wireless cable and the option to pull up aps on cable (smart tv's) using your own login.

Kitchen is fully open and equipped with everything you need to fix your favorite meals. The kitchen has all new appliances and quartz countertops. Stove has air fryer capabilities along with other features. Owner has included a washer/dryer in the unit for guests' convenience.

In addition, the owner has added off the kitchen a desk for you to work. FREE WIFI as well.

You are within walking distance of shopping, restaurants and less than a mile from Big Kahuna's Water and Adventure Park. Walk just steps to the beach. No streets to cross to get to the private beach or the seasonally heated pool. From this lovely complex, you'll experience the sights and sounds of the ocean, watch a sunrise or sunset over the water or the sail boats and fishing boats go by.

Less than 4 miles away is the Destin Commons, a beautifully landscaped, pedestrian-friendly area and a great family venue where children will love to play in the interactive water fountains. Also, for the younger guests, a nautically/pirate themed outdoor playground features a 1,750-square foot soft play area with various creatures from the sea, slides, and a treasure chest! Destin Commons also has a mini train for the kids. Destin Commons features over 75 shops and restaurants, including Godiva Chocolates, AMC Movie Theaters and Bass Pro Shop

Great condo

We really liked Shoreline Towers and our unit. The beach chair set-up was awesome. I wish we would have used it more. The unit itself was really clean but there were a few exceptions. The rugs in the unit were dirty and could use cleaning or replacement. The showers were getting a little mold in the corners, but I cleaned them. They had extra blankets which was really nice but they didn’t smell clean so I washed them. A couple of other things I wish were different were lighting in the living area (there was only a corner lamp that wasn’t enough) and there is no exhaust over the stove. Overall, I would stay there again it was newly updated as it stated and really nicely decorated. Location was great and view was amazing.The gym on the property is in need of a good cleaning and equipment is showing wear. Fencing around the tennis/pickleball court could also use some maintenance. But, that’s me being picky. The pool area looks nice, but we didn’t make it over there to swim. There was lots of parking and security staff were great and it’s nice to have them there 24/7.

Beautiful property, easy access to the beach, tons of parking. The unit is beautiful and has recently been renovated. Upon arrival, we received all communication and direction on our stay. This property has great communication surrounding your stay. The unit was extremely clean. Beach views are beautiful. I would stay again without a doubt.

We loved this place so much! Very clean, easy to check in/out, great area close to the beach and other attractions. This was the best condo we’ve ever stayed in while traveling. Highly recommend and will hopefully be back!

The condo had recently been renovated, very clean and updated. The view from the balcony and the location of the condo were excellent. Would highly recommend staying here to friends and family.

Family Spring break
