Spend your vacation comfortably in this 4th Floor spacious 3 bedroom/ 2 bath condo. 55-inch curved LED HD smart TV with Blue-Ray DVD player so the entire family can cuddle up for a great movie night while overlooking the great jetty and sunset views. Or play games provided in the unit for a family game night. There is a large selection of books and Four TVs, Three DVD Players in the unit for you and your guests to enjoy if you want quiet time.

Two living areas will give you and your guests room to spread out and have your own space. You can dine at either of the 2 dining areas or out on the large deck with sitting area for before/after dinner conversation. Comfortable furnishings, with separate desk area that overlooks the gorgeous Jetty view, will assure a comfortable stay. You can enjoy the views from the moment you walk in the front door of this spacious floor plan. There are windows across the back for you to enjoy views of the Harbor, Lake Christina, the East Pass, Crab Island, the most incredible sunsets AND even though 422 is a Jetty view unit, you can see a nice slice of the gulf. Step out onto the balcony from the living room or master bedroom to take in the ocean breeze with a morning cup of coffee.
