We’ve made sure our vacation condominium has everything you’ll need to enjoy your stay with us.

You’ll find that our condo is not only spacious and well maintained but we keep it updated to ensure that we can provide you with the latest features to make your stay special here. We’ve created an environment that will make you feel like you’re at home, even though you’re at the beach. Our condo is the perfect backdrop for the breathtaking views of the Gulf you’ll see through the sliding glass doors that open to an expansive 180+ square foot balcony. Just like us, you'll want to spend lots of time here because of the wonderful views of the beach and gulf. Whenever we come down we bring along binoculars so we can enjoy the dolphins while having our morning coffee out here. And make sure you take time like we do to enjoy the breathtaking sunsets that are the perfect end to an exciting day - - - or the beginning of an enchanting evening. This comfortable balcony is just the beginning of what we think makes our vacation home away from home pretty special. The resort is doing their elevator modernization project starting March of 2025 and one elevator will be shut down at a time during this project.

Great Stay!

Wow. The condo was perfect for our group. The bedrooms and bath was clean and nice. The living room and balcony was our hangout spots. The beach access was great. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice, but some issues

The location was good, easy beach access, but this property has some serious water temp issues. It was either burning hot or freezing - no middle of the road comfortable showers for us. The middle bathroom shower handle is installed upside down so it made it seem like there was no hot water, causing bathroom sharing and a cell for help until we figured it out on our own. It’s nice upon first glance, but not well maintained. The AC unit leaked during our stay, resulting in water damage to the property below and we never even turned the unit below 70. We had to have a serviceman come in during our stay and the AC turned off for an evening. There are no beach chairs included with Best Beach Getaway rentals, which should be clearly stated in the description and caused some confusion. The pool lighting was broken the whole week so it closed at 7 instead of 10, which was a real bummer for us night swimmers. Speaking of the pool, it is pretty run down with sagging chairs and not enough of them. In the unit, there was a broom, but no dustpan and no sponge to wash dishes. Overall, I would not recommend this place - the building itself is dated and not well maintained and the owners provided absolutely no little extra touches that make a place special or stand out. Basic is a good word to describe this joint. Keep looking!
