With 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, this condo has the space for your friends and family! Though the bathrooms are in need of a few cosmetic updates, the condo is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need in your home away from home.

Cook/eat-in with the fully equipped kitchen and dining room. Kick-back on the couch with AC, high-speed WiFi, and a Smart TV. Open the dual, sliding patio doors for that ocean breeze!

The following amenities are provided to make your stay as convenient and comfortable as possible: 2 beach chairs, 2 beach umbrellas, 4 beach towels, 1 beach blanket, sporting equipment (basketball, tennis racquets, volleyball, frisbee, football, tidal ball), cooler backpack with ice packs, 2 boogie boards, and sand toys. Please take care of our equipment, and return everything you borrow so that others can continue to enjoy them!

The building itself is a bit older, built in 1980. The hallways and main floor are in need of some cosmetic updates, and unfortunately there is no air conditioning in the common areas. However, you'll be spending your time in the condo and at the beach, not hanging out in the hallway! Also, being on the 7th floor contributes to slightly lower water pressure than we would like, but we’ve installed high-pressure shower nozzles to help!

A pre-assigned key-code will unlock the front door. The entire three bedroom, two bath unit is your private space. The unit is fully accessible, including an elevator or stairs to the 7th floor and handicap parking. The complex has only 30 units in each tower, meaning ample parking and no waiting for elevators. An on-site coin laundry facility is available on every floor.

A private beach gate is located across the street (2 minute walk). You won’t deal with crowded beach parking or public beaches! The community pool features a large sun deck, as well as restrooms on the back side of the clubhouse. The property also offers a sand volleyball court, two tennis/pickle-ball courts, and basketball hoop available during normal hours.

We use refillable soap/shampoo/conditioner dispensers to eliminate waste and protect our environment. These will come fully stocked for your stay. Join us in caring for our environment! Please be sparing with the amenities you use, and turn off lights and close windows/doors when not in use.
