There are 5 pools, 3 hot tubs, a free 9 hole, par 3 golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts, a marina, fishing, 2 restaurants and a private 1100 ft. Sandy white beach, free beach service with 2 chair/loungers and an umbrella all on our 43 acre complex.
There is a supermarket many more restaurants and shopping within a very short walk of Sandpiper Cove.
The condo is air-conditioned and features a kitchen and space to spread out with a separate bedroom. Guests can enjoy a Smart TV and stay connected with free WiFi. Other standard amenities include a washing machine, a coffee maker, and an ironing board.

The property was perfect. We’ve stayed in maybe seven other properties in this development and this was the best so far. Neat, clean, nicely decorated and comfy bed and living room furniture. Beautiful kitchen with new countertops. Owner is also very easy to communicate with. Sits directly in front of one of the many pools in Sandpiper Cove and on one of the pitch/putt golf holes.
Two minutes by car from the property. Private development beach.

I love this unit and I loved being on the ground floor. Everything is updated, new and very clean. This was our first time to rent at a place that included umbrella and chair service. I don't think we will ever travel to the beach without that service. The location is perfect and the property manager answered any questions very quickly. The kitchen had everything we needed. It seemed to be a very calm and relaxed complex with a lot of very friendly faces. There is a great restaurant inside the complex and a Tiki bar on the way to the beach with pub type food and drinks. I would definitely visit this condo again.

Great condo in Sandpiper Cove

Stayed at many other units at sandpiper. This place is one of the nicest that we’ve seen. Great communication with the host made it even easier. The condo was very clean upon our check-in. The unit had all the necessities that we needed during our week stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking supplies and we took advantage of that. The pool was steps away from the porch. This unit had the nicest sliding door we’ve ever seen at Sandpiper. Would recommend bringing some bug spray if you plan to hang out around the pool. It may have just been the time of year we were there though. We took a vantage of the chairs and umbrella service every day. This saves you a lot of money from another unit that doesn’t come with this perk. We will definitely stay in this unit again.

Enjoyed the complex

Everything was nice about the unit with one detail. The hvac system is oversized for the unit and as such is noisy when it runs. As I did hvac work for 30 years hopefully my opinion counts. Otherwise, the pool is 2 steps out the back door and the beach can be accessed by walk or car and they set up chairs and umbrella for you!

Perfect spot for a getaway

This location was perfect for a quick weekend getaway. Conveniently located to a beach, shopping, activities, entertainment and food. Condo is very cute and well maintained. The property offers lots of great amenities too.

Perfect Beach Getaway!

We loved our stay at this adorable one-bedroom place in Destin! Super clean, really comfortable, and just steps from the pool. The beach was a quick 10-15 minute walk and seriously one of the most beautiful we’ve been to.The location couldn’t be better—really central and close to tons of great restaurants. On the days the weather wasn’t perfect, we explored other beach spots along 30A, which was super fun.Jeff was awesome—so quick to respond to any questions we had. We even got to hang out with some of the neighbors one night and watched the sunset together, which made the trip feel even more special.Thanks again, Jeff, for sharing your beautiful home. We’d absolutely come back!

Loved our stay in PARADISE BY THE POOL. There was no exaggeration about the location to the pool! It was so close and perfect. The pool was never packed and lots of time to relax. The condo was just what we needed for the two of us. The only negative (and wasn’t really that bad) was the sliding door was hard to move. It wasn’t a problem for my husband but I found it difficult to open and close. Everything else was top notch.

Stunning condo and location

We loved our stay in Destin! Sandpiper Cove is so welcoming and homey! So many things to do while within the gated community. Each day we had chairs and an umbrella setup for us on the most gorgeous beach! Truly the one and only thing that we struggled with is the sliding door. My kids had a very hard time getting the door open and closed without our help! Regardless, we would absolutely stay here again! ❤️

Inexpensive stay

Very nice condo with all necessities provided. We loved our stay here. The only negative is the listing states a 2 minute walk to the beach but you are in fact in the farthest corner of the resort. I don’t feel walking to the beach from this property is even an option, especially with children. Although there is a gated parking lot for resort guests so you can drive to the beach. I feel it would probably take about 10 to 15 minutes to walk.

Best unit in sandpiper

I’ve been staying in sandpiper for 10 years and this has been the best unit I’ve stayed at. Allows pets, has beach service, beautiful unit with great appliances, washer/dryer. It’s obvious the owners have thought of every last detail. I will definitely stay here again.
