Come relax and enjoy the world-famous sugar white beaches of the Emerald Coast in this tastefully decorated condo. This 1430sq foot, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo features a 30’ private beach-front balcony, high speed wireless internet and free beach service March 1st through the Sunday after Thanksgiving. (Monthly reservations do not receive complimentary beach set-ups.) This spacious condo has a king size bed in the master bedroom with custom walk in shower in the attached bathroom. The guest bedroom is equipped with 2 queen beds. A sofa sleeper in the living room provides additional sleeping accommodations. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinets and counter tops. A full-size washer and dryer can be found in the laundry room. This condo has tile throughout common areas, with carpet in the bedrooms. A separate ice maker can be found in the wet bar. There is a reserved, covered, parking space in the garage.

Condo does not have a landline phone and is non smoking. For monthly reservations (over 28 days) please contact Destin Gulfgate directly.

Beautiful condo with great views

This condo was amazing! All new appliances and decor throughout. Very clean. Best place we have stayed at in years! Will definitely be back!

Perfect View

This is a beautiful condo just steps from the beach. It has everything you need for your stay and you can’t beat the view from the huge balcony. The kitchen is stocked, the linens are great, and the furniture is cute and comfy. The four of us fit more than comfortably and we had plenty of space. The best part was the view and the sounds of the waves crashing just feet from you! The only thing I would change would be putting black out curtains in the first bedroom. The windows look directly out on to the walkway which is lit all night long. It lights the room up and is a bit annoying.
