Booking again in the future!
Mitch and Lee were amazing! They sincerely care about your stay in their condo. The staff at the building were all great and personable! The onsite amenities were perfect for the kids and walking right out to the beach was perfect! And the view from the balcony!!!
Building is a little outdated, but condo was very clean and had everything we needed. Will def be booking with them again in the future.

Roaches/Ants
We have been coming to Sun Destin for at least 6 years now. We have never had any issues with accommodations. This trip however, we were disappointed that our unit was infested with cockroaches and tiny ants. Host responded immediately and got pest control out next morning which, unfortunately, did nothing. We had to eat out at every meal because we couldn’t leave any food or prep any food on counters due to roaches. Condo itself was nice and we love that Sun Destin has store and restaurant on site. Weather and water were absolutely perfect.

Great location/views
We had a great time staying here. The views from the room are gorgeous, the bed was comfy, room was clean, the host checked in multiple times. It was so nice just being able to take the elevator to the bottom floor to head right outside to the beach. The room offers a canopy, and four chairs in the closet. 10/10 would definitely stay in this room again!

Beautiful view!
We had a wonderful stay! Coastline views from bedroom and living area were amazing. Balcony seating permitted unobstructed views of sunsets. Entire unit was spacious for just the two of us - could easily accommodate family of 4 without feeling crowded. Furniture and furnishings were selected for comfort, great style and pleasant neutral color. Hosts responded timely and ensured our stay was satisfactory. Resort was family friendly - walking distance for shopping, food and entertainment. Short drive to boardwalk for other excursions. We were pleased with all the spring break activities close by. Would recommend and if we return to Destin would stay again!
