Perfect trip

We had a wonderful vacation and really enjoyed staying right on the beach with the chair service. We would love to come back again. The pool was a plus as well as our young son could only handle the beach for short periods of time. Thank you so much

Terrific condo, super-clean, right on the beach.

This property is located in a very nice area of Destin. My wife and I were very impressed with the outstanding level of cleanliness, and the very recently upgraded flooring, appliances, paint and attention to detail displayed by Nick, the owner. We had a very enjoyable stay and would love to come back here again. The beach is, literally, right out the back gate! Nick is very good with communication and helpfulness.

Relaxing, perfect location

This was a perfect location for a relaxing vacation! The unit was updated and looked nice. The furniture was comfortable. The unit has all the amenities needed for an extended stay at the beach. The unit is beachfront with private beach access which allows for beautiful walks along the water. The balcony is a great place to sit, relax, listen to the waves and watch the perfect sunrise/sunsets over the gulf. The property owner was quick to respond to a minor issue. We would stay here again!

Beautiful property right on the beach!

This property is exactly as listed in VRBO. It is so beautiful clean and on the beach! We would sit on the balcony and just soak up the beach air and sounds. The actual condo itself is fully stocked and beautifully decorated. Very simple and tasteful. We did, however, find that the master bedroom mattress was not the most comfortable. And lumpy in places. However, that will not stop us from rebooking at this property again in the future. And possibly bring our grandchildren with us to sleep on those cute bunkbeds! Thank you for your very thoughtful compilation of places to go and things to do. Also, how to work the remotes and the AC unit. Everything is very thoughtful.

Great Location

We had a great stay in Destin. Perfect location, close to everything. The condo was clean but could really use a deep cleaning. The beds were horrible. They definitely need updated. I feel the beds are important when renting a condo as sleeping in the condo is the most important thing. Most people spend their evening out but want a good nights rest before the next day. The skillets were not great either. Just a few cons as to why I went down a star. Would I stay here again or recommend this condo considering the cons. Absolutely. Communication was great, smooth transaction and the facility is kept up. Thanks!

Excellent stay!

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our time here. The property was clean and perfect for our girls trip. It was right on the beach with free chair service everyday! It would be great for a small family as well! We will definitely be back.

Perfect location

We had a wonderful stay on our first trip to Destin FL. The 2nd floor unit was tastefully decorated with plenty of kitchenware & bath linens. We enjoyed starting each day with coffee on the balcony and ended each evening watching the sunset. Having chair service on the beach was a nice perk too! The host was very helpful & responsive with our questions from booking through our stay. If/when we get to Destin again we would definitely stay again! back to

We enjoyed our time!!

We had a great stay. Perfect location and wonderful view. A couple of things to note. The couch is no longer blue. It is a very hard pleather. The mattresses are broken down and not comfortable. Last, be prepared to wash towels everyday. There were maybe 6 body towels and wash rags There was one kitchen rag and 1 kitchen towel. So bring your own towels. Everything else was great 😊

This condo was perfect for us and our 2 children (2 & 4). The complimentary beach service made it easy for us to walk down and enjoy the beach without the hassle. The condo was clean and well furnished. We loved the blackout curtains and that the condo gave us a front row view of the ocean.

Wonderful vacation spot

Beautifully renovated. Great location with amazing beach view. We loved that it came with beach chair service. My kids loved getting to use all the sand toys that were there & I was thankful I didn’t have to buy any !😉 We all agree we’d definitely love to stay there again!
