OC 504 Stunning Gulf Views

Welcome to Unit 504, a spacious 3 bedroom/3 bathroom beachfront condo at Oceania, a luxurious gated community with workout facility and beautiful views of the beach.

Guests are welcomed into an open living and dining area, with floor to ceiling windows offering panoramic views of the Gulf. The interior offers a warm and inviting décor with plenty of seating and a large flat screen TV.

An open floorplan allows those in the kitchen to enjoy the Gulf view and have access to all the tools to make your favorite dish. The dining area seats 6, with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Conveniently located off the kitchen is a washroom with a full-size washer and dryer.

All three bedrooms are located off the main living area. The master bedroom offers an oasis of relaxation with a king-size bed, gorgeous Gulf views, ceiling fan, large walk-in closet, and sliding doors to the balcony. The adjoining master bathroom has a tub, stand-alone shower, and double-sink vanity. The first guest bedroom offers a king-size bed and the second guest bedroom a queen sized bed. Both bedrooms have an adjoining bathrooms and flat screen TVs.

On the expansive 40 ft. long balcony is a large dining able and sofa set to enjoy a meal or just the stunning sunset views.

This condo also includes seasonal beach service (2 chairs and 1 umbrella)!

The complex amenities include one private parking spot, complex pool, exercise room and gas grills.
