The condo is conveniently located within the heart of Destin with dining, shopping, and sightseeing just moments away. In addition to easy access to all that Destin has to offer, this condo also has access to all of Silver Beach Tower Resort’s on-site amenities, including two beachfront pools, and much more. East 1406 is a premium end condo offering more square feet, a larger balcony, and enough space for the entire family making your next vacation dream come true!

Silver Beach Towers is currently undergoing a waterproofing project to the exterior of the building. This project is estimated to be completed in late summer 2025, weather permitting. As they are progressing through the project, Guests staying at Silver Beach Towers may experience temporary disruptions - including restricted access to North facing balconies, balcony furniture being brought indoors, and the closure of certain common areas, including parking spaces. Guests will have full access and enjoyment of the Gulf facing balconies. Compass Resorts will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. East 1406 offers an inviting open-concept living area that is larger than most. You’ll find the perfect space for family and friends to relax together around the large flat-screen TV and DVD player, which are situated above the electric fireplace. The couch even converts to a queen sleeper sofa to accommodate larger parties. The south wall has floor-to-ceiling windows that open directly onto the furnished beachfront balcony. The dining area offers seating for six. The fully equipped kitchen features full-size stainless-steel appliances and includes all the cookware and dishware needed to create memorable meals together.

The master bedroom has a king bed, walk-in closet, flat-screen TV, and private access to the beachfront balcony. The master bathroom features a jetted bathtub, tiled walk-in shower, and double vanity. The first guest bedroom has a queen bed, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and private access to the north balcony. The second guest bedroom features two full beds, a flat-screen TV and DVD player, and access to the north balcony overlooking the greater Destin area. The two guest bedrooms share a full bathroom, and just steps from both the guest bedrooms and living area is a full guest bathroom.
