If you are looking for the pinnacle one bedroom, one-bathroom condo, you’ve found it at The Magnolia House in Destin Pointe, room 407. The condo has an entrance room that’s a lockable front porch for you to place all your wet belongings to dry. The Kitchen has full sized appliances, pots, pans, and dishware needed to prepare your favorite beach retreat meal. The Dining Area has a circular table set for four. The large Living Room has a couch that doubles as a Queen Sofa Sleeper in case you have company. The Bedroom has a King bed to ensure a pleasant evening’s rest. The Magnolia House pool facility is a newly built area that has a new pool, hot tubs, plenty of seating, and grills. The Jetties are about a 4 minute walk from your condo, and he beach is about a 5 minute walk through the sand.
