Unit 108 is located the 1st floor of Magnolia House in the family friendly unit community of Destin Pointe.
This 1 bedroom/1 bath has plenty of space for your family of 4.
The open concept living room/kitchen is perfect for everyone to interact no matter if you’re relaxing on the leather sofa or cooking a meal in the spacious kitchen.
The view will catch your eye as soon as you open the door. The large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors in the living room open to a wonder view of Destin Pointe and the jetties.
The living room has a Queen sized murphy bed that allows you to pull it down for the evening and push it back up during the day to enjoy the space. The kitchen is stocked with full sized appliances and the cookware and dishes you will need so you don’t have to bring anything from home if you want to cook up a meal before heading to the beach.
The bedroom has a King sized bed and the bathroom offers a combination tub/shower.
The front of the condo also includes a private lanai for you to store your beach supplies when you’re not enjoying the emerald green waters.
Also, to make your vacation even better, this condo includes free seasonal beach service of 2 chairs and 1 umbrella available to you on the beach each day.
