Overall, we had a good stay at your property! The rooms met our expectations, and we greatly appreciated the spaciousness, excellent location, and amazing views.We did encounter a couple of issues upon arrival, but the property management team addressed them promptly, which we appreciated!Our only disappointment was the strict two-car pass limit, with no option to purchase additional passes. For a condo accommodating 10 people, this policy felt restrictive and caused some concern about where to park our additional vehicles. We were informed that extra cars needed to be parked off-site for the duration of our stay to avoid towing, which was a significant inconvenience.

Great view. Beds and furnishings were fine. Kitchen was functional. Only real negatives were water temp in middle bath and patio needing cleaning (don’t go barefoot). Good value for the size of property.

Perfect for my family. Great Oceanside view from the balcony! The whole place was very clean and kitchen was equipped. I loved that each room had its own restroom! There were few towels though and we had to keep washing towels. The kids enjoyed the pool, it wasn’t crowded! Easy beach access, I brought my beach chairs and I never even used them. Beach chair rentals are located right outside the gates to access the beach. My husband bbq’d one night and there were two gas grills and one charcoal grill located by the pool. I would definitely book this again!

Needs little update

Got charges for not turning in all wrist bands. 220 dollars. I’m fine with having to pay for them but 220 dollars for 10 2 dollar wrist bands is little expensive. Won’t stay here again because of that charge. Condo is getting little outdated also. Showers backed up so took shower in standing water. Picture of beach from condo looks like you are on the 5-6 floor but condo is on the 18th floor. Hot water was also issue. Not expecting burning hot water but when it Luke warm something needs looked at. Air conditioning worked great in the Kitchen living room area but Master Bedroom and spare bedroom to the north did not cool good. Washer and dryer needs some attention also.

Very nice place, great location. Loved being on the beach and our view from patio. The water was hard to adjust in middle bathroom to get hot water. The facet dripped continuously in that bathroom as well. The bed in middle room was very annoying and door did not shut well. Over all we had a great time. Condo fit 3 families very well.

Incredible view

We had a blast!! Property was clean and well appointed. Views were incredible. Staff and property management were kind, helpful, and efficient. We thought it would be more walkable but ended up getting a rental car and that was best. We bought a volleyball and pickle ball and left them with the unit - would be nice if others did same! Pool and tennis courts were so fun, gorgeous beach. We’ll be back!!

Amazing View!!

We had an amazing stay. The view is incredible an we really enjoyed the amenities. The only complaint was there was work being done on the elevators, but it was quickly resolved and we got in some extra steps while it was down :) highly recommend!

Perfect for our family

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The views were amazing, the pool was excellent, the beach access was perfect. The condo could have been a bit cleaner, but nothing that would make me stay elsewhere or complain-- just some hard water issues in the showers and grout and some wear and tear on the furniture. Overall, we loved it and it was perfect for our family.

Family Vacation

The property meet our family of 9 needs with 3 bedrooms along with 3 bath made it comfortable with enough space to move around without getting in the way of each other. Our only complaint would be that the bath water was just warm. The check in/check out process couldnt have been easier and the communication with all the information we needed was right there at our fingertips. We enjoyed our stay and would stay at the property again!

Jade East 1850

We absolutely loved this place. We will definitely be back. The view was absolutely amazing. Location was perfect. The only things that needed some attention was the floors and the hot water heater. The floors need a good mopping. Our feet were very dirty after walking on the floor. Other thing was the hot water. I believe it’s just a setting, but we had to have the water on all the way hot to get warm water. Those weren’t major things and didn’t damper our vacation. I would recommend this place to anyone.
